Professional Experience
Mr. Harding has 28 years of surveying experience; 14 years as a licensed surveyor. He has been in responsible charge of boundary, cadastral retracement, control, aerial, hydrographic mapping and construction surveys, both in the field and office. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in the preparation of ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, record document research and preparation of legal descriptions. He currently supervises the scheduling and procedures of the field surveyors and office calculation staff.
Mr. Harding also has extensive experience with AutoCad, Softdesk/Land Development Desktop civil engineering tools, Trimble Navigation GPS processing software, spreadsheets, word processing packages, and Windows and Unix operating systems.
