Professional Experience
Mr. Jones has 28 years of experience in land development throughout the greater Denver Metropolitan area. He is Vice President of EMK Consultants, Inc and has been with the firm for 25 years.
His responsibilities include Client and review agency interaction. If requested, he will represent the Client and the project during any necessary public hearings.
Project research and feasibility begin with his involvement. Initial designs are normally prepared by Mr. Jones. Problem areas and viable solutions are identified, reviewed with the Client and incorporated into the plan. He will direct the in-house EMK design team and facilitate with the Project Engineer in all levels. For large, multi faceted projects, he will lead a design team of outside consultants assembled as needed.
His projects have included single-family subdivisions, multi-family housing developments and shopping centers. Within Rock Creek Ranch , Mr. Jones also served as District Engineer for Superior Metropolitan Districts No. 2 and 3 from 1988 through 2003.
