Professional Experience
Mr. Walter’s responsibilities encompass all phases of land development and site improvements: Site inspection, layout, preparing construction plans, utility studies, preparing drainage studies, all within the Client’s best interest and project schedules. He has extensive knowledge of water production and distribution networks, and sanitary sewer collection systems encompassing design, design review, design oversight, construction inspection, static, and dynamic system modeling. Through previous four and one half years of employment with the Parker Water and Sanitation District, he has extensive background and knowledge of well facilities, booster pump stations, lift stations, sanitary sewer treatment facilities, water storage facilities, six inch through thirty inch water distribution pipelines, and eight inch through thirty-six inch sanitary sewer collection pipelines. Mr. Walter served as Owners Representative on many Capital Improvement Projects for the District. As the Owners Representative he also worked with the Districts consultants in obtaining permits on various projects which were determined to be in Prebels Meadows Jumping Mouse Habitat through the Army Corps of Engineers.
