Professional Experience
Mr. McDaniel's responsibilities encompass all phases of land development and site improvements: Site inspection, project research, layout, coordinating work for design surveys, preparing construction plans, utility studies, preparing and reviewing drainage studies, plan reviews and approvals through appropriate governmental agencies, all within the Client's best interest and project schedules. As a design team leader, Mr. McDaniel and his team members are involved with a project from its conception through completion of construction. His projects have included single-family subdivisions, multi-family housing developments, shopping centers, as well as major infrastructure improvement projects. Such projects have included box culverts, major drainage channels, and regional detention ponds and the preparation of preliminary, final, and master drainage studies. Drainage experience has included detailed application of storm drainage computer models including CUHP, UDSWM, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, STORM-CAD. Mr. Mc Daniel has coordinated with various governmental agencies, including the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District.
