Professional Experience
Mr. Moore has 30 years experience in land development in the Denver Metropolitan Area. He has been registered as a professional engineer since 1980 and has been at EMK since 1983.
As Project Manager, Mr. Moore is responsible for supervising design to meet project and Client requirements, processing construction plans and plats through agency review process to obtain approvals, and coordination with outside consultants.
Mr. Moore’s experience includes preparation of reports and construction plans required for large master plan communities involving many phases which have been designed and constructed over a number of years. These projects have included single family housing, townhomes, apartments, condominiums, commercial development, and park development. He is typically involved in the project from the initial site inspection through completion of construction. This continuity benefits the Client in terms of knowing the project, understanding the Client’s needs, and in processing plans through review agency approval. He has extensive drainage experience including the detailed application of storm drainage computer models including CUHP, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and hydraulic and hydrologic modeling tools of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District.
